These Terms & Conditions apply to all Santa Visit bookings. Please read them carefully before confirming a visit.

1. **Bookings**
* All Santa visits must be booked in advance.
* A booking is confirmed only once payment or deposit (if required) has been received .
* Please provide accurate details when booking, including location and any special requests.
2. **Payments**
* Payment details will be sent to you via email after your booking request.
* Deposits (if taken) are non-refundable unless the visit is cancelled by us.

3. **Cancellations & Refunds**
* Cancellations made within **48 hours** of the visit are non‑refundable.
* We may cancel a visit due to illness, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

4. **Visit Expectations**
* We aim to make each visit magical and enjoyable for children.
* Children must be supervised by an adult at all times during the visit.
* Special requests must be communicated at least **48 hours** before the visit.

5. **Safety & Conduct**
* If Santa feels unsafe or experiences inappropriate behaviour, the visit may be ended early.
* No smoking or vaping is permitted near Santa.

6. **Photography**
* Photos and videos may be taken for personal use.
* Permission is required for any commercial use of images.

7. **Liability**
* We are not responsible for damage or injuries unless caused by our negligence.

8. **Privacy**
* Personal information provided for booking will be used only for managing your visit and will not be shared with third parties.

9. **Changes to Terms**
* We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
